1. Purpose
Bagatoli Distribution LLC ("Bagatoli Distribution," "we," "us") buys products at wholesale and sells them to consumers online, primarily on Amazon. This policy explains the standards we follow for every brand we carry, so brands and their authorized distributors know exactly how their products will be priced, sourced, and presented.
This policy applies to every product we purchase and every online channel where we sell.
2. Minimum advertised price
We follow each brand's published minimum advertised price (MAP) policy.
- We do not advertise any product below the brand's MAP on any channel where we sell.
- We do not compete with other sellers by undercutting MAP, and we don't use coupons, bundles, or promotions to get around it.
- When a brand updates its MAP, we update our pricing to match once we're notified.
In short: if a brand sets a minimum advertised price, our listings will never show a lower one.
3. Authorized sourcing
- We buy only directly from brands or from their authorized distributors.
- We do not buy from liquidators, closeout sellers, or sources we cannot verify.
- Every purchase is invoiced, and we keep invoices on file so any unit we sell can be traced back to its source.
4. Listings & content
- We sell on a brand's existing product pages.
- We do not create duplicate listings for products that are already listed.
- We do not change a brand's titles, images, or descriptions.
5. Product condition
- All products are sold new, in their original packaging.
- Each shipment is checked against its invoice for count, condition, lot numbers, and expiration dates before anything is sold.
- We track expiration dates so customers do not receive old stock.
6. Brand policies
Many brands have their own MAP, reseller, or channel policies. When a brand shares its policy with us, we review it before our first order and follow it alongside this one. If the brand's policy is stricter than ours on any point, the brand's policy applies.
